Orders!

Today we achieved a significant milestone for eHatsystems. We have started to fill our orders for the Beta Viking version of eHat. The ETS vegetation Group have been quick to sign up for a trial of the next version of eHat. Other announcements of trial partners will be coming soon.
The ETS Group will use the eHat trial version with their safety crew who are involved with repair of electrical equipment and gear within Australia. eHatsystems look forward to working closely with the ETS Group to make every job much safer and more efficient in its total repair time.

The Miners like eHat!

eHatsystems was invited back to Perth in July to set up a real live demonstration of the eHat system for a major mining Co between their HQ in Perth and their Port facility in Port Hedland. On the 27th July, Jamie Gough and I went to Perth and tested all the network and equipment to run the trial. Next day I flew to Port Hedland with the eHat itself while Jamie stayed in Perth with the Laptop, which was running the “expert” station software. We had an agreed plan of how to test eHat over a range of areas inside the port facility. We were able to send clear live video and audio from a range of areas back to a desk in Perth HQ. Areas included: –

Train Unloading, Stockyard, Rail/Borefields & Shiploader.

eHat acquitted itself very well given the mobile conditions in the area.

This site is a huge infrastructure and the revenue is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars per hour. Therefore, any forced shutdown can cost millions of dollars. Having specialist knowledge when required can save millions of dollars!

Currently we are awaiting the Company’s next move, ie to invest or purchase eHats from us.

On a cool Thursday night last week I was able to pitch eHat to my biggest audience yet – about 60 people. I was the first one to pitch so we had few technical hitches to overcome but once those were sorted out I opened with the now familiar cartoon video clip. As shown in the photo I next outlined the principle of the idea by using the prototype and explaining the operation of eHat. I went on to explain the added benefits such as the “assist hub” and why I am gaining customer attention. I carried on by explaining where I am at with this idea and how I have now form a Company to gain shareholders. The two investor judges are shown in the background. All in all it was a great experience and I hope this is the start of more pitches to come. Let me know if you are interested in eHat or if you would like to join the Company.

eHat Gets the Thumps Up!

eHat has been on trial at a Company called “Able Microwave Solutions” who have been using it to help in the installation of a Antenna system in a suburb of Melbourne. It is understood that eHat was used by the rigger on the roof of a the eyes of the killer robot building while his boss was in the control room several floors below. Awaiting on a full interview to happen before I can give more details. Still it goes to show eHat will be a valuable tool in the telecommunications industry when released.

Visit to My New Mentor

Hi All

Spent a good two hours with my new Mentor, John on Wednesday. I think he will be good for me as he is an experienced business man who has been involved in startups before. Already he is excited about the “system” part of eHatsystems. It is here that we could make a real different to the way Companies use and control their workforce in industries such as Construction, Mining and Utilities. With John’s help I am confident that we can start to get some real traction with our customers.
